Some additional classes to our normal timetable starting from Monday 17th Sept.
Body Pump is back on Tuesday 18th for a 30 minute class at 6pm followed by a 30 minute Yoga session at 6.30pm
Vitality is back starting this Wednesday 19th at 11am for 45 minutes
We also have another Tai Chi class starting on Thursday 20th at 9am for 45 minutes

Aurelie is a gym instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with more than 10 years experience she brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism.
Aurelie is here to help and advise our members with inductions, and exercise programmes helping you achieve the best results from your training and keep you motivated. If you want to lose weight, Aurelie can help with this with her nutritional knowledge. During her time working in the US, Aurelie had great success in helping clients achieve weight loss.
