Vitality is back for the winter months on Wednesdays at 11am for 45 minutes.
Tai Chi is such a popular class we now offer an additional class on Thursdays at 9am alongside our usual class on Tuesdays at 9am
More evening classes are now on offer with Body Pump on Tuesdays at 6pm for 30 minutes followed by Yoga at 6.30pm for 30 minutes
NB – personal training sessions are available to members and non members
