Please remember to wear a face mask and bring a towel for personal hygiene use. If attending an exercise class please bring your own mat for hygiene reasons.
You are once again required to book a time slot to use the gym. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book. If you haven’t booked and just turn up, we may have to ask you to wait or return later. We will monitor capacity at all times. On arrival the soles of your trainers will be sprayed with disinfectant, hand sanitizer sprayed onto your hands and your temperature taken with our non contact thermometer. Everyone must disinfect every piece of equipment after every use without fail. Try to keep a 2m distance from others when moving around the gym/studio.
We have marked safe distance on our studio floor and we ask everyone to adhere to this and to try and maintain safe distance when moving around the gym and studio
